Felicia Cabral is a Senior Corrections Officer with 20 years with Travis County Sheriff’s Office and has always been a proud member of TCSOA (Travis County Sheriff Officers Association) and has served on the board for seven years of those years. She has been assigned TCJ, TCCC Building 3 and is currently assigned to Central Booking C-Shift. Felicia is inspired daily by her husband and their two kids. They always have a movie night where her and her husband expose their kids to older movies “classics” or have music night where they try to introduce older music from all genres. In her free time, Felicia likes to craft, plan parties, walk her two dogs and play video games with her husband.
My name is Anthony Fernandez. I am currently "Place 3" on the TCSOA Board of Directors. I was born In Austin, Tx. I moved from Austin in 1983 and have lived in many places, including overseas as a military dependent. I have lived in California, Alaska, England, and Japan. I moved back to Austin, TX in 1999.
In September of 2008, I started my TCSO career as a Security Coordinator downtown at TCJ and then transferred to Del Valle HSB control room the same year. With much motivation provided by my peers and various coworkers, I was promoted to Corrections Officer in 2010. I began my tenure as an officer in Building 12, and four years later I transferred to Central Booking where I am currently assigned. After several years of being assigned at Central Booking, I submitted my name to participate in the FTO selection process. I succeeded in my goal of becoming a part of the leadership team and am now an FTO on A-Shift. I have been with Travis County for over 14 years. In those 14 years, I’ve been through many trials to which I learned great lessons.
On a personal note, a little bit about myself. I enjoy spending time with my wife, children, and other family members. I love fishing. I also enjoy watching football. Yes, I am a Cowboys fan! I tend to stay busy in my free time working on my land and truck…..it’s also my place of peace.
I look forward to another year representing you with the Travis County Sheriff’s Officers Association. I am always just a phone call or email away if you ever have any questions.
